The survey method was employed and structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the sample which was then analyzed by using Statistical Package of Social Sciences version 22 (SPPS V-22). The finding reveals that majority of the faculty members and students were aware of e-books, e-journals, e-zines and HEC databases. They were satisfied form the available electronic resources and used these for class preparation, assignments and research purposes. The easy storage & portability, eliminating the photocopying/printing cost and easy accessibly were the main reasons behind the use of e-resources. The low speed of internet, inadequate IT infrastructure and non-availability of computers were the major problems faced by the respondents while accessing e-resources.  The study recommended that proper sessions should be organized for teachers and students to enhance their awareness and also to make possible the effective use of e-resources.
