User’s satisfaction and perception of resources and services quality of the Shamsul Ulema Daudpota Sindh Government Library Hyderabad-Pakistan

Resumen

The user’s satisfaction and perceptions of quality resources and services provided by the SUD-SGL, Hyderabad was analyzed in this study Quantitative techniques (Survey methodology) were adopted to solicit required information from 200 respondents & data were investigated using SPSS. It was depicted that majority of users are not satisfied form the available library resources & services structure at Shamsul Ulema Daudpota Sindh Government Library Hyderabad. The study recommended that the up-to-date library resources and high-speed internet services with increased number of computer terminals be ensured. It was suggested that automated library services and information literacy trainings should be organized for users to make the enhanced usage of library resources & services at Shamsul Ulema Daudpota Sindh Government Library (SUD-SGL), Hyderabad.
